COVID-19 Safety Measurement

COVID-19 IMPORTANT UPDATE
Dear valued customers:
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread around the world. As of August 3rd, 2020 California Governor Gavin Newson declared that there were still several critical inflection points in California. Best in Nature has been taking the most stringent pandemic prevention measures, and not one employee at our office and warehouses have been infected with COVID-19.
We strictly follow the guidelines issued by CDC, FDA and The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. All of our employees in our company wear masks and gloves, measure body temperature, keep social distance in the office and warehouses, and the company has installed sneeze guards in between desks and new air conditioning filters in our office to make sure that the health and safety of each employee is top priority. At the same time, we disinfect the warehouse and office area every day to ensure the safety of all products and packages, as well as regular checks and replacements of our AC filters.
Our website remains in service during regular business hours from Monday to Friday. We are currently also selling high-quality personal protective equipment (PPE), such as KN95 masks, goggles, and face shields to provide safe options for daily essential needs.
In terms of production, we produce in strict accordance with the GMP standards of the United States. All employees wear masks, gloves, and protective clothing. For raw materials, bottles, and labels, we strictly adopt non-contact and fully automatic production.
With regards to logistics, the logistics companies that we have cooperated with for years have implemented highly strict pandemic prevention measures. We have not received any reports of product infections. However, we always suggest that our customers wear masks and gloves, disinfect the outer packages of products with alcohol, and discard the shipping portions of the packages when picking them up and opening, to ensure 100% safety.
